Anbernic has just introduced its latest gaming handheld device – the Anbernic RG405V. The device is powered by a Unisoc chipset and has expandable storage.

The Anbernic RG405V has a 4-inch 640x480p IPS panel with a Unisoc Tiger T618 processor under the hood. The chipset is a 64-bit octa-core chipset with an Arm Mali G52 GPU running at 850MHz.

The chipset is accompanied by 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of eMMC flash storage but is expandable up to 256GB.

The gaming handheld features a pretty impressive 5500mAh battery which is said to offer up to 9 hours of continuous gaming.

The internals are kept cool with a small fan on the top rear of the gaming handheld. It also features hall joysticks and a six-axis gyroscope for improved controls and shoulder buttons.

As it does run on a Unisoc Tiger T618 processor, it runs on Android 12 and supports Android games and 20+ kinds of simulators.

The Anbernic RG405V is available in three colors – Wood Grain, Transparent, and Grey. It also comes in three bundles, which are priced at:

  • Device only – USD 137.99 (around PHP 7,900)
  • Device + 128GB microSD card – USD 152.99 (around PHP 8,700)
  • Device + 256GB microSD card – USD 167.99 (around PHP 9,600)
