It will also have two specialized chips onboard namely an X7 graphics chip and a SuperVOOC S power management chip. The former is said to allow the GT5 to have a 144Hz refresh rate as well as run around 110 games at 144Hz at 1.5K resolution. Meanwhile, the latter keeps an eye on the battery’s health and controls the charging speed. This is the same chip used in the recently announced OnePlus Ace 2 Pro.

Meanwhile, the realme Buds Air 5 is confirmed to have a 50dB active noise cancellation and 4000Hz UW noise reduction. The noise reduction refers to the range of human hearing, which could hint that the earbuds are capable of isolating voice from the surrounding noises.

The realme GT5 is shaping up to be quite an impressive device but this is not much of a surprise as the company’s GT series has always impressed with its hardware. To recall, the realme GT3 was the first to feature 240W fast charging.
