Nothing CEO Carl Pei has just announced its sub-brand, CMF by Nothing in its latest Community Update video.

According to Pei, the new sub-brand will be focused on delivering timeless designs at a more accessible price coupled with trusted quality. Meanwhile, the main Nothing brand will focus on innovation, premium, and offer the latest technology.
CMF by Nothing has a dedicated team separate from Nothing, “to assure that there’s no distraction from its main products”.
It was also revealed that the sub-brand will be launching its first products later this. These are confirmed to be a smartwatch and earbuds.
We expect to see the same amount of teasers and possibly even leaks on the first devices of the Nothing sub-brand as we get closer to launch. However, let’s not forget that there were leaks and speculations of a sub-brand and its unique design language as early as December 2022.
